We’re in the mood for love!

The Lakeshore Community Chorus invites you to Seasons of Love, our spring concert taking place at First Congregational Church of Saugatuck, Saturday, May 18th at 3:00 p.m. We will surround you with songs of forever love, love for a child, love remembered, and love best forgotten. You will walk out the door singing-literally, because we invite you to join us in a sing along to end our concert.

Lakeshore Community Chorus is delighted to welcome guest conductor Austin McWilliams, whose energy and skill has made preparing these love songs a fun and enlightening experience. Austin McWilliams is a conductor and countertenor who specializes in contemporary vocal music. In fall 2023, Austin became the Director of Choral Activities at Aquinas College after teaching at Western Michigan University for six years. He is Head of Music at West Michigan Opera Project and was previously Associate Conductor and Chorus Master at Opera Grand Rapids for three seasons. He is also the choir director at Fountain Street Church in Grand Rapids. Austin holds degrees in choral conducting and computer engineering.
