“Not Too Early to Reserve Your Seat for ‘Our Holiday Wonderland’ Concert!“
Lakeshore Community Chorus eagerly looks forward to presenting, “Our Holiday Wonderland,” at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts, a holiday concert celebrating the beauty of the lakeshore, and the wonder of the season on Saturday, December 2 at 7:30PM and Sunday, December 3 at 4PM.
John Rutter’s “Gloria,” an exquisite setting of “O Magnum Mysterium” by Morten Lauridsen, and the premiere performance of “Our Wonderland,” a collaboration by Artistic Director and composer, Hilbert, and lyricists/chorus members Wendy Gilbert Gronbeck and Mary Hannah Terzino, headlines the concert. New and fun holiday songs will also entertain audiences, including unusual versions of “Winter Wonderland” and “Jingle Bells(Sort Of).”
“Through the music we sing, we want our audiences to feel the spirit of the season and the warm gift of community,” Hilbert said. “We think people will truly enjoy some of the delights we have in store for them, both musical and non-musical.”
“Our Holiday Wonderland” tickets are now on sale at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts, $28 for adults and $15 for students, including the ticket fee. Click HERE to purchase your tickets. Enjoy the razzle dazzle, timeless, spectacular music of Broadway come alive on the stage of Saugatuck Center for the Arts as Lakeshore Community Chorus presents, “Give My Regards to Broadway.” Full chorus foot-tapping numbers, tender love duets, heartfelt ballads and more, from shows such as Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Carousel, Guys and Dolls, Wicked, Chicago, and Hamilton, will leave you feeling like you’ve made a quick trip to 42nd Street!
